My own rebirth journey began in a state of fear and panic as I was flooded with uncertainty during a time of extreme grief and turbulence. After years of living in my own shame stories and feeling disconnected from my spirit, my body and my relationships, I found relief as I stopped fighting myself and melted into surrender and knowing I am here, I am safe, and I am worthy of Joy and Pleasure. Embodiment, energy work, connecting with my ancestors, practicing gratitude and releasing my grasp for control led me to who I have always been. I am here to help guide you to who you’ve always been, who you already are.
